I was going to upload a table feature a similar table for changing in-game player stats in Cheat Engine like you could in 2k13. I realize everyone's address values are different, and change every time you play the game, but figured out that once you found a players hex value for a certain stat, an assist for instance, the only numbers that change are the beginning 4 numbers.

After I stopped looking for a tutorial and finding this out myself, I wondered why their was never a tutorial written for this or if anyone even wanted one considering its 8 months later. I thought I saw others looking for it. I can write up a complete tutorial if anyone is interested but for now I'll leave this information if anyone wants to start on their own.
To start, find an address for one stat in a game, I presume you already have Cheat Engine opened. For me it has always been assists - find a player with an assist, go to CE and start a new scan using the current assist value, exact value for the scan type and 2 bytes for the value type. Go back to the game and get an assist with that player. It's probably easiest just to move the 3 point slider to 100.
After you get an assist, go back to CE, increase the value, and hit next scan. You may have to do this process more than once until you get used to it.
Confirm the value by increasing it to whatever and add it to your table.

1140 - This value changes every time you exit and reopen the application
In this case, all of the starting players will have an address that starts with 1140 - Although most of the bench players starting address will be 1141, some might be use the starting players address. It is easy to spot.
From here continue on to the next players and find their values. It usually takes me maybe 5 mins to change the addresses once I find the first one. I haven't ran into any problems using this formula.. sometimes the starting address has a letters - 102E for instance.. Bench players would then be 102F. Also, for me it seems to stay below 20000000, which makes finding the values that much easier.
